PROBLEM
CAUSE
SOLUTION
The reset sequence does not stop.

Arm is not at home position and is not turning.

See Arm not turning problem.

Arm is turning but does not stop at home position. Check if min. speed is set too high and proximity sensor adjustment.
Push arm may not be completely retracted. See Push arm not moving problem.
Power light is not on

Main fuse is OFF.

Turn on the main fuse.

Light bulb may be burned out. Change the light bulb.
Main switch is in the OFF position. Turn the switch to the on position.
Main fuses are burned. Check for short. If none, change the main fuse using the right rating.
Related glass fuse is burned. Check for short. If none, change the fuse using the right rating.
Start (Blue) light does not come on after pushing on start.

Light bulb may be burned out.

Change the light bulb.

An alarm may be activated. Accept the alarm.
One of the automatic modes was not engaged. (Wrapping or Passthrough) Make sure that the machine is in automatic mode and that a reset was done.
The infeed safety photoeye may be blocked or dirty. Clear the photoeye and / or clean it.
The outfeed safety photoeye may be blocked or dirty. Clear the photoeye and / or clean it.
Auto light will not stop flashing in reset mode.

Turntable is stopped somewhere other than home position.

Turntable does not stop at home position. Check if min. speed is set too high and proximity sensor adjustment.
Automatic light does not come on after reset

Light bulb may be burned out.

Change the light bulb.

Passthrough switch may be engaged. Switch the passthrough switch to off.
Switch not set to automatic. Set switch to auto and activate "RESET" once more.
Related glass fuse is burned. Check for short, if none change the fuse using the right rating.
Breaker Problem

Overload - short of wire - defective drive.

Check for short. If none found turn breaker on for one time. If the breaker jumps again, contact us.

Fuses problem Overload - short of wire - defective drive. Check for short. If none found change fuse for one time. If the fuse burns again, contact us.
