Warranty/Guarantee
Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with an item. Damaged or
missing items must be reported within 24 hours. A return authorization
(RA) number is required for all returns. Returns will not be accepted
without an RA number. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice
and short description of the problem after talking to our parts representative.
We will accept the return provided it is unused, is in resalable condition
and returned within15 days of original invoice.
Returned Items ordered in error may be subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Do not return merchandise to us COD or Postage Due. Electrical
parts are not returnable if removed from packaging. All returns must
be in "as new condition" with original packing materials. If Can AM
Packaging Systems is in error in shipping we will promptly refund
your return freight charges, otherwise all freight or shipping charges
are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. Refunds
will not be authorized on items that upon inspection have been altered,
damaged, or used in any way. A 30-day product warranty against defects
in manufacture and workmanship applies to all items. Certain items
may have warranties extended to as much as 1 year. Extended warranties
are outlined during quotation. Can Am Packaging Systems is not responsible
for those items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage
whether accidental or otherwise. Additionally the insurance and protection
of your merchandise is solely your responsibility, and Can Am Packaging
Systems shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or resulting
damages whatsoever that may occur.

Privacy
Personal customer information is confidential and will not be disclosed
to any non-related third parties by Can Am Packaging Systems. Can
Am Packaging Systems does not sell mailing lists and will not disclose
your name, email address, or any other information about you to any
non-related third parties.

Can Am Packaging Systems uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to connect
with you. This protocol encrypts clients personal information, guarding
it from misuse. Your security and a safe shopping environment are
our primary concerns.

Sales Tax
Can Am Packaging Systems does not collect sales tax for any purchases
in the United States. If sales tax is applicable in your state it
is your responsibility to contact the local state's tax division to
comply. Can Am Packaging Systems will charge GST and any provincial
tax for any sales shipped within Canada.

Payment
Existing business customers need only to provide a purchase order
as per our agreement. For your convenience Can Am Packaging Systems
also accepts Visa and MasterCard.

Financing
Can AM Packaging Systems works with a number of leasing companies
and are able to provide many different leasing options for your convenience.

Shipping
Our goal is to expedite your order in one business day. We will process
your order and confirm receipt and delivery by return email. If additional
quotations are required, no order will be processed until confirmation
by email. In the event an item is out of stock, the customer will
be contacted and informed as to the estimated time of delivery. All
shipments will be sent via ground service unless expressly detailed
otherwise in your purchase order. In the event of a shipping delay
the customer will be notified promptly.All shipments will be made
via either UPS, Fed Ex, or Purolator. Freight cost is based on shipment
weight and priority.
