I send this letter to express my appreciation once again for the all the hard work and consideration that Brian and your sales team have put into our orders. Their knowledge of stretch wrappers and replacement parts is truly remarkable.

I sent in a request for a quotation for Muller stretch wrapper parts. Brian detected a typo in the manual where the part numbers did not correctly match the part descriptions. He offered to contact my customer to see exactly what they needed. He sent my customer a drawing of one of the parts so they could confirm it was the proper component, averting what surely would have been the shipping of incorrect parts. I don’t think even the Muller parts department would have caught the error.

I know when I am working with your sales team that my best interests, and my customers’ best interests, are taken to heart in order to find the best solution for everyone.
