Readjust
the limit switch and / or change the defective switch. |

Increase
the carriage up (loacted n the second control panel). |
| Motor
fuse may be burned. |
Check
for short. If none found, change the fuse using the appropriate
rating. |
| Drive
may be faulted. |
Reset drive by turning off the
power to the machine for 2 minutes then back on. |
Carriage
stays at the top while the arm continues to turn. |
Carriage speed down may be set to zero (0). |
Increase
the carriage speed down (located on the control panel). |
| Bottom
limit switch on the carriage may be activated. |
Readjust
the limit switch or change the defective switch. |
| The
carriage could be stuck on the dead stops. |
Pull
vigorously on the 2 chains at the same time someone else presses
the carriage up button on the touch screen. |
| Fuse may be burned out. |
Check for short, if none change
the fuse using the appropriate rating. |
| Motor
on film tension never stops turning. |
The
steel cam is not touching the analog sensor when the dancer bar
is at rest position. |
Turn
the steel cam closer to the analog sensor or move the analog sensor
toward the cam. The analog sensor and the cam are situated under
the red cover on the film carriage.

minimum speed trim pot on the pre-stretch drive is not set to minumum. |
Turn
the minimum speed trim pot counter clockwise on the pre-stretch
drive. |
| The
tension adjustment spring on the side of the carriage is set too
light. |
Increase
the pressure on the spring by turning the knob clockwise. |
| The
clamp is open. |
Close
the clamp |
| Motor
on film tension never turns. |
The
motor fuse is burned.

Check
for short. If none, change the fuse using the appropriate rating. |

motor breaker is off. |

on the motor breaker. |

All Wulftec automatic machines are equipped with a diffuse
photoeye on the carriage, for load height sensing for which you have
a switch. A second photoeye may be located on the top
platen. It is this photoeye that will override the carriage photoeye
when top platen is used. These models have a reflector on carriage
cover. This allows for variations in load heights, while maintaining
the predetermined "Overwrap" setting. All
machines are equiped with manual override (limit switches)
