Your guys are the greatest. The support group that you have within your company has provided us at Scotts - Hyponex with a huge realm of knowledge and guidance. With the sophisticated automatic equipment we installed 3 years ago that knowledge and experience has been invaluable.

Earlier this year when our machine went down, I called your service department and was extremely impressed with their extensive knowledge of stretch wrap equipment. They were able to troubleshoot the machine over the phone, which enabled us to get it back in production in a minimal amount of time.

On a separate occasion we had a drive board that was malfunctioning and Brian had stock in house allowing him to ship it overnight. Again, this limited the downtime. We truly appreciate the full-service approach we are provided when dealing with you.

Whether I am calling for parts or maintenance, I know I have been provided with reliable service that we can count on every time. Thanks again for the support.
