A quick note of thanks and recognition for the service support you have provided to Browning Harvey. As you can appreciate being located in Newfoundland and Labrador does present specific hurdles that most mainland Pepsi bottlers would not encounter. Being very self-reliant for troubleshooting and service of our packaging equipment is one of these hurdles. When we were trying to correct some program issues with our wrapper and called for support we were not expecting much more than an understanding of the sequence. Your department’s ability and willingness to troubleshoot our equipment on line proved to be invaluable. Not only did you determine the issue, but also the program change for upgrading the stretch wrapper was developed and sent to us that same day. All that service and at no-charge!

The sense of urgency and the reliability you provided Browning Harvey is super and your knowledge of replacement parts is excellent. Getting the right replacement part, when we needed it, at a competitive price started this working relationship, but you have brought much more to Browning Harvey. With your full service approach and I have no problem in recommending CAPS as a parts and service supplier. Keep up the good work.
